RESOLVED: 4-18-2017: Version 4.2.7 Open In to iAnnotate 4 bug

Update:

As of an update released into the app store on 4/20/17, this issue has been resolved. Please update to Version 4.2.8.

Issue

As of the latest version of iAnnotate 4 version 4.2.7, documents are failing to open into iAnnotate 4. When you use Apple's Open In dialogue box, and select Copy to iAnnotate:

the file is failing to send properly. This is a known issue and one that we are working to correct We do not have an ETA for this just yet, but it is our top priority.

Workaround

As a workaround, you can use the "Mark Up in iAnnotate" button in the third row of icons:

If you do not see that button, tap the "More" button at the end of the row and switch on "Mark Up with iAnnotate". We apologize for the trouble and hope to have it resolved shortly.
